If you’re not running the marathon but will be out running errands instead, then you’ll need to know about the road closures in and around Los Angeles from downtown to the sea, starting at Dodger Stadium and winding through Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the Veterans Administration and ending up in Santa Monica.
